PEACE TO ALL
This pool game is great - the only complaint I have is you need to refresh sooner when the player has all Trophies - Having to wait more than 30 days is crazy…… Take Care 😎
Zero support
I’ve been enjoying playing this game, but there has been a few issues and I have contacted support Each time and each time I have heard nothing back aside from a email stating that they have received my complaint and will get… Which they never have. Otherwise, I would have given this app a much higher reading. Even with the annoying ads after each game.

If you don’t play for a day or 2 you get demoted, game ain’t worth it, all they want is money, and I’ve done got so far in the game and can’t go any further

This game is a sham. First off if you for any reason need to redownload the game you’re screwed!! There is no log in , no restore purchases, and no game backup. If you delete it’s all gone and your account is deleted. If you get a new device you cannot pick off where you left off.
Secondly, You know exactly when you’re going to win or lose. They have it rigged when you get close to the next level you lose and they drop you back down. It’s on a loop. I thought it was just me but I had my family try it and the same thing happens to them. You will have a win streak and then when it comes to the pay out you lose. This has happened every level. I kept playing to see if I was right and it happened every time. They keep you winning and close so you don’t quit, but lose just enough and then try to sell you packs or make you spend your earnings.

I lost my account because I had trouble with my apple account and had to start over it wouldn’t be so bad if I wasn’t one of or close to being one of the leaders and don’t know why

Unfair time allotments given!
There is a tendency on this game that if you begin to win a lot, the game begins to give a time handicap to the opposing player. I find this aspect of the game to be very offensive and even prejudicial. I would think they would give preference to the winning player rather than the other.

I’ve played your competitor “8 Pool” for years. Their appeal is playing someone from the other side of the world. And they have a variety of chat vocabulary that allows friendly (or aggressive) gestures via text or graphics. But! Their technology is dated!!! Yours NEVER gets interrupted. Surprising since it looks like Angry Birds bought the site. Connection is STILL a problem. But not with your site. So I don’t care what bells ‘n whistles each site has, I want uninterrupted communication!
