This ap is useless. Nothing loads correctly. Location doesn’t save. Can’t get a proper breakdowns. Waste of money and time.
It’s better on a computer
The app is okay but too actually get jobs you need to have an computer but the apps good too stay in touch with clients
Models beware!
Terrible site/app with extremely poor service. Be warned on their auto-payment, as they’ll keep charging even if no longer active or with an agency. Don’t waste your money! (Notice 5star review is simply notifying no filming... not a review!)
App is garbage
You can’t find any jobs on this app not even voice overs that don’t require you to leave home. I would like my money from this app. I would put 0 stars if I could.
No filming
There should be no filming according to the stay at home order. Braking the law wouldn’t be worth a few bucks.
Does not work
App just does not work, I can’t login or anything else.
App Crash
Every time I try to upload a picture or even simply cluck on the app, it crashes and closes the entire app. EVERY TIME. Please Fix
No sign up page
Opened app and no page to register or sign up. Page only has login and password
Terrible on iPhone 7plus
This has been awful from the start with only slight improvements but then other things problems pop up! Can't go from email breakdowns I match for directly to the full breakdown. Makes me go through App Store to open app. Also miss a lot through the app! This is my career! I'm only here still because several places put their breakdowns here and my Agency uses it. Otherwise I would have deleted it! 2 stars only because it's a good idea and base but they have a longggg way to go with this app. I was able to go through safari on my phone to get to the site and just recently I can't even do that anymore! It will only let me in through the app which I hate!! Ugh!!!

Not ready for the world
800 casting is a great service but the app needs revision. I am not able to upload anything from an iPhone 6s on iOS 9.2.1; I cannot check/revise my account information; and most importantly, I cannot view opportunities. I signed up via web browser, which worked fine, so I will stay tuned for app updates.

Too many bugs
The pages don't render correctly. Half the page is missing from the screen when you go into a project or role description. The Windsor crops out the right half of the page and the bottom too. You can't scroll to read the page. And links are dead. I have the latest version of IOS. This app needs serious help.

Glitchy glitchy
I can't even sign in to my account.
NEEDS ALOT OF WORK
Come on guys..If actors are supposed to use this app for work purposes it needs to be a lot better. iPhone app won't show scripts that are attached. I have to go to the website EVERY time.. Just try and make it better please.. Actors really need this app to be on point.
This app needs a lot of work.
Navigating is horrendous! You have to select the same thing 5 times before it registers. I tried it on 3 different devices all with the same issue.
Bug fixes needed
It only shows sideways. No portrait orientation options. Please fix!

This app is (nearly) useless.
The best and ONLY function that actually works is the ability to upload photos to an audition. The app also does open up sides/anything that is linked in Safari relatively without error.
Everything else is broken or impractical.
- Under "Breakdowns," it lists all projects. There's no way to sort by what actually fits your profile, like there is on the computer website.
- The "Photos" section doesn't work. Gives an error every time you try to open it. Won't show photos you already have posted.
- If you get an audition invitation, you can't look at it on here. It won't let you see the information about the project or your audition instructions.
- The framing is terrible. You have to scroll sideways and turn your phone to be able to see even some of the information. It's like they tried to just copy the formatting from the computer site into an iPhone app and it doesn't translate.
I expect something WAY better considering I pay $40 a year for membership. 800casting really pushes integration of smart phones & ipads - "mobile" submissions - but still makes it necessary to do 95% of the work on a computer. This quality & functionality of this app is what I would expect out of an app developed in 2005. Way behind. Then again, their website has much to be desired as well and I'm very surprised based on the number of people that use this service that we as clients have not demanded better.
And I agree with what someone else said about technical support; if you contact the support team to let them know there is a problem, they basically call you incompetent. I have contacted them a few times to let them know about glitches, compatibility issues between browsers, etc., and they email me back saying that if if would watch the "instructional videos" like I'm supposed to, I wouldn't have problems. Very rude and condescending. I've watched all your videos. I grew up on a computer and on the internet. I'm not stupid. Evidently they know their app is terrible and frankly don't care, like we should just be grateful to have anything at all.

Worst customer service, shoddy app
The app barely works. The photo section is inaccessible. When their "support" is notified of problems, they are more concerned with passing blame to the user rather than helping them make it work.
Glitchy
The photo feature doesn't work. It says photo.html not found. It will access my photos in my albums but that's it...I can't upload them to my profile. I haven't had big problems with other areas but the app is very glitchy and slow. Please fix the bugs. I want this app to work efficiently because it really can be a great tool for Actors and allows us to stay mobile!

Crappy App
Freezes constantly. Very inconvenient. Loads screens extremely slow. Can not upload photos. Just horrible. Would be nice to be able view and upload data quickly. Please fix.
