Tough to adjust anything
I really like the program they run. I can say I have an issue mostly with the leads being super out of my area (Yes I have my profile set up for local) and small jobs. I mean very very small. I’ve tried so many times to talk to them but now I just get a refund and pass someone else can have the lead. Problem then is you’re out of the loop of good leads in my area. I did get about 10 leads in 2 months but 2 were actual leads and I got 1 small handrail replacement. Customer tried to leave 5 star review and system wouldn’t let her.

It’s about 6 months since I worked with HomeDepot as an electrician contractor. I don’t know should I say thousand times “thanks” to HomeDepot. It’s very good times to work with HD clients, most of them are an elderly people, I charged them as low as possible for my lead. How’s can I do that? I don’t have to pay any fees like Angi, Thumstack. I loved to help my clients, they are polite and very nice to me. Again, thanks Hd.

The great idea bad execution
I do appreciate what Home Depot is doing with this app however, it’s ridiculous receiving a lead and the messages go to the customers email. 90% of customers don’t respond to emails and if you call they don’t answer or call back. Text Message should go directly to phones. Also I am starting to believe this app is a scam. They send you leads not in your scope of work and when you ask to refund they do but send more fake leads taking the amount you were refunded.
