Nope. The app and service have a bunch of hiccups and no actual phone number to call when you have questions.
Has really gone to the dogs
Used to order from 803 a few times per week as their coverage in Aiken SEEMS to be the best. I’ve had issues with things being ordered by 803 in the wrong size or wrong items, was promised a refund in each case (which never came). Lately, every time I order it gets cancelled by them and they call with the excuse “they aren’t answering, I tried three times”. Just had the same thing happen again this evening. I called the restaurant myself and ordered for takeout. I’m done, just gonna delete the app.

App needs some work
The app itself is super glitchy and not user friendly. Ex: a required box for the order was to choose grilled or fried chicken tenders. The only option was “grilled or fried” ??? Who knows what I will end up with.
Bad Service
First of all, I completely understand that delivery services are insanely busy during this crazy time. I want to say that upfront because that seems to be the first excuse that you get when you call to inquire about your order. Our order was placed at 5:40pm. We received it at 8:18pm. During this time, we received an email letting us know that our driver was picking up our food at 7:14pm. We live approximately 15 minutes from the restaurant. We waited 30 minutes after receiving the email and then we decided to call the number provided on the app. We were given several excuses including the one already mentioned as well as “the restaurant is busy and they’ve gotten a couple of orders wrong”. The person that my husband spoke with said he would contact the driver and call us back. We never received a call back. Our food was then delivered at 8:18pm. The food was cold and we were missing a portion of the order. By this time, we just wanted to be done with the whole ordeal. When you use this service, you pay a delivery fee as well as “taxes, fees and charges”. The taxes are self explanatory but what other “fees and charges” are included in addition to the delivery fee. I would also suggest that you compare the prices listed on the app with the restaurant menu. It seems that the prices are more via the app. We’ve used this service several times and we’ve had both good and bad experiences since we placed our first order in February of last year (2019). Sadly, after the terrible customer service, the ridiculous wait time and the questionable charges, we will not be using this service again.
