Отсутствует указание скорости ветра в километрах в час (км/ч), а только метры в секунду. Это не есть хорошо. Я что? , должен пересчитывать в понятную скорость ?

I do not recognise the area shown in the maps. The shape is not as expected and there are no features to reference. It would be better to show something like a full mini map or inserting a name or two.
