Really Need This
Don’t understand why app works with android phones but with my iPhone 11 and downloading app from App Store it doesn’t. Open app and all information is stacked on top of each other plus no functionality. Help please
Stopped working.
Great app and very useful but the app no longer works. Crashes almost everytime I use it and qr codes do not read. Please fix! I have an iphone 11 pro with the latest os as well.

Awesome When It Worked
Please fix this app. It crashes every time you open it. Once in a while it’ll work after several crashes but now it pretty much doesn’t work at all. It looks really bad when a line is down and several maintenance techs are standing around on their phones. Management doesn’t know we’re struggling with an app that is supposed to facilitate getting up and running faster. Please fix the app. It hasn’t been touched since ios9. Thanks.
