The August 2024 Upgrades Made it Worse
Nothing works correctly, UI is worse, unable to update interact e-transfer profile.
Sometimes functional, a lot of the time it’s terrible
The app is kind of the bare minimum I expect for online banking and, when it works, it’s just fine.
That said, it is frequently down and glitchy. Often you can’t get past login page for no apparent reason. I often have to login multiple times to actually be able to navigate the app. Sometimes I just get a blank screen. No communications from CUA and customer service only responds once the app’s back online but no explanation.
I generally like banking with CUA but the app is starting to challenge that.

Works until it doesn’t
This app is mostly reliable. It tends to fail on early mornings when I’m trying to pay my rent but no office is open to call. Very frustrating.

The app is too slow and often down.
Face ID turns off constantly
Biometrics is glitchy. I have to enable Face ID every 2nd time I use the app or if you open the app from a session that wasn’t logged out
Review of banking system
I love it. It’s very easy to use & I love to get a verification code to enable me to proceed. It’s extra security. TY
Decimal nightmare
Somehow the version I use for my business account, does have comma instead of decimal! I can’t deposit cheques if they have decimals, I cant even pay my taxes because it has decimals. I had to go the branch for my cheques and rounded up for taxes

Adequate but not great
It’s functional. Serves its function well. Not glitchy. Would like to be able to access direct deposit info on it which I can’t seem to find but all in all the app works. Just not very pretty but that’s not a huge fault.
