Tried raising a complaint through e-services
So I tried to raise a technical support request. However the form sends a reference number and obviously I don’t have one. This is a bad design interface and workflow.
Can someone help me please???

We are sorry about that, in order to resolve the problem, please provide the details of the technical challenge you are experiencing via: https://support.mohre.gov.ae/ The reference number can be Transaction number, Labor Card, Company Card, Person Code if in case it's not available you can add dash symbol ( - )
