  • Wonderful app

It is a great app for helping one process their feelings. I’ve been an emotional eater for years. I’ve tried several things to help me be aware of my thoughts and feelings when I run to food to sooth myself. I love this app because it makes me slow down and examine what I’m feeling. Then it makes suggestions of things you can do instead of eating. Thank you.

  • Love it!

I just got this app, and it’s very helpful! It’s fun to choose my answers and the replies are so kind and they work! The videos are particularly helpful, as they shift me out of wanting to eat in those moments, how awesome is that?! Thank you for putting this app together (I sound like a friend of developer, but I’m not)!
