I’ve ordered a few times and have been disappointed every single time. Out of the 5 times I ordered, an incomplete order was delivered 3 times. Sometimes they’d forget my beverage, other times they’d forget to pack chicken in a non-veg meal. All that notwithstanding, the quality of food is so abysmal that I can’t even understand how it sustains itself in such stiff competition (I only ordered multiple times because the combo non-veg meals were fairly decent). An item called the Chicken Tikka slider consists of two buns and a strip (literally a tiny strip) of chicken pressed between them; My 5 yo niece would make better pav sliders I swear. The worst thing is that pictures on the app don’t - ever - match the actual item. If you order from this app, don’t be surprised if your Chicken Biryani has no chicken in it. Or if their signature wraps make you want to puke. Or if the Rs. 50 worth of Kashmiri Kehwa is being sold for Rs. 200 (Some of the lesser known items are deliberately priced exorbitantly in the menu I guess). I’ve had bad experiences with online food delivery but never quite bad as this one. I’d never usually take the time to write a longish review but I did it so that no one else has to.
TL;DR: The food (and delivery) is bad in ways you wouldn’t think were possible. Save yourself a bad eating experience and order elsewhere.
PS: I ordered in Bangalore, so maybe it’s just Bangalore that is so bad and the other outlets might be good.
