The STC app forces the customers a minimum of 23 SAR for recharge even though they donโt need that much. That money sits in their accounts on which they make money. This is unislamic practice.34zas

The service of STC is poor. It can do a lot better if attitude of its staff improves. They are Government servant n they behave masters rather service providers Their customer services centers are pathetic Staff take so much of time to attend even a small issue There should be a Superviser on the head of staff, no customer should wait for more than 15 min after he takes the token I had lot of problem while traveling outside the kingdom Roaming / internet was very poor STC should think of privatization or induct foreign partner to improve servicesShow lessanwarsaeedulhasan
