Difficult to use app
The app doesn’t load properly, it is not accessibility friendly, and you don’t seem to mention anywhere if the timetable changes or runs on public holidays. You also don’t provide a physical version, so it’s difficult to access your timetable unless the person has a smart device, which not everyone does.

Dyson buses are the work bus company. Your buses can never even get here on time and when ever they do they say they aren't in service!!!!!!
