Disappointing
I've been playing this game for years on both my mobile device and through FB. The most recent update is not loading on my mobile device. It's beyond frustrating. This is the worst download app ever. Every advertisement for buying comes up but it’s impossible to download a game but when you do and you win something it bounces you out and you never get anything you won but remember the adds to buy always download. Nothing but a money making machinescgguy

I have played this game on and off for two weeks. Compared to other bingo games I played, the following issues are disappointing to me:
1. Energy is WAY to expensive.
2. Energy daily bonus is terrible. You can’t give players more than two or three energy? There is no daily bonus progression.
3. I go to add players from Facebook and all I get is my own friends list and NOT players from the game. I have read several complaints from other players about this.
4. It appears you want people to spend money more than having various features for the game so a player can collect energy to play.
5. I play some bingo games that allow you to collect a daily bonus of 150 energy to buy cards twice daily.
Please update this game so players are motivated to play. During this time of COVID-19 other games are giving out free energy or lives to people who have lost their jobs and are stuck at home.Show lessrunhot06

Hello Bingo Fan, thank you for the feedback. We provide all players with a daily bonus which has the opportunity to drop up to 25 energy. We also provide players with a bi-hourly bonus as well as the ability to watch ads for free energy. In addition to this we provide players with free energy on our Facebook page almost every day. To protect the privacy of our players in the game we only allow people on your friends list who have downloaded the game to be added as friends in your game.
