They automatically reset passwords and Face ID doesn’t work
Very inconvenient. I’ve lost out on months of interest because I couldn’t get into online banking.

APP/ ATM
The ATM is a completely different story….how is it that the only ATM that’s a “smart ATM” is located in south fayette? The reason I need a smart ATM is because I need to deposit cash often into account & it’s only worth depositing cash if you’re using a smart ATM. I live in Brentwood & the original Brentwood bank has a dinosaur of an ATM. Please update ALL of your ATM’s
