Nice! My favorite app. Would highly recommend

Although not perfect, for the price this is a pretty good app for our spa. Reliable, easy to use with the info that we need to run our business. New Client connect app looks pretty well design and will give it a spin. Support is responsive and helpful, Would recommend!

New update with New Cloud Sync is Great!

The latest update really has improved the app. The Scheduler InApp is like the Calendar, only much better. Tied to your client info so you can easily send appointment reminders. Big time saver! Also, now able save multiple images with descriptions with each client. Changes have made a great app even better,

Very good tech support and setup help!

Like most business app you often need support. They are always there to answer email or text questions and also help on the telephone. Really understand the app and our business well and get questions resolved quickly. Also like the ability to keep track of all clients and the type and amount of supplies used for each visit. Donโ€™t understand some of the reviews, these guys bend over backwards to help.

Less money, more features than brand x!

Wow! Can't believe that I didn't switch to this app sooner. I have paying $29 a month for the base version of another app. Buy this once and you're done. Scheduling, reminders, bookkeeping... Skin care does it all for much much less.

Keeps track of my treatment details and pics too

I was looking for an app that could keep track of what skin care services and products I use for each treatment. With a few taps I can record the exact products used and also keep any client notes and comments. New update includes multiple pics with descriptions. There is an inventory feature but I havenโ€™t set that up yet. Integrated with the Calendar so it is easy to set appointments and send reminders within the app. Very pleased overall

Once hopeful and now disappointed :(

First of all, the app crashes a lot. You can be in the middle of scheduling a client and it crashes and closes out. Secondly, which was very MISLEADING on the appโ€™s description, you do not receive all the features by just purchasing the app. You first have to purchase the app, then you have to actually purchase other features while you are in the app. For example, in order to send clients texts and emails and to create reminders, you need to first purchase the app and then purchase those separate functions for $4 or more. Not cool. Wanted to love it. Wanted this app to make make my life a million times easier. Totally did the opposite and was a waste of money. :(

Ugh!

My biggest frustration with this app, aside from constantly crashing, is that I was unable to use the calendar completely separate from my regular calendar. I don't want the two merged together. You can't enter an appointment/client service into the calendar without granting permission to your phone calendar. Then when you do, it imports all your "personal calendar" entries into the "work calendar" and vise versa. I'd like to open the app, look at the calendar and see ONLY work related entries, not dance practice or dinner plans.

Hello, Although the app uses the calendar you do have the ability to select which calendars the app displays, this is done in the Admin. To most, the use of the Apple calendar is an advantage as you don't have to reenter appointments and can view personal calendars if you desire. The app has a great deal of functionality and must be properly setup to achieve the best results. Brilliant ! My favorite app!

I know spas that are paying by the month for the same type of functions. My spa business is pretty basic but full service. We have all of our treatments setup as wells as out products and even supplies. We know what each person is doing and how much revenue they are generating including tips. I found out that they are working on a new app to help manage and re order products and supplies and we are looking forward to that feature. We have sales and cost but need to control the whole process. Is it perfect? No, but it handles 95% of what we need to do.

Good package for estheticians, good support too

This was really the only app I found for the estheticians. Seems well thought out, easy to use and the help desk was responsive, fast and friendly Very complete with a good calendar and automatic reminders. Full financial info too!

Update Getโ€™s Better with Time!

Latest version has added some cool features like charts and graphs of all of my services and products. Have been using this app for two years and donโ€™t know what Iโ€™d do without it. Get my daily sales with a tap and can show a clients full treatment history easily before each visit. the recently added support feature helps when I have an occasional question.

I Have submitted a few enhancement requests and am looking forward to new updates, The app does a lot so you need to be patient and take the necessary time to set it up and understand how it operates, give it a chance, itโ€™s well worth it!
