For those who say that the issue is with the user or user network, not the official Sonos app, I can only say that for me and my system, this app works perfectly - responsive, predictable, easy to use - and the official one doesn’t. So, I’m not as smart as all the tech folks on line telling Sonos users to look in the mirror, but I’m smart enough to have switched to this app. Worth every penny of $4.
