New feature: DIGITAL SHIFT
Have all the benefits of NDD Print | Digital Shift, organizing scanned documents through your smartphone, with a complete mobile application and without the dependence of any printer:
- Scan documents directly from your smartphone's camera;
- Adjust the file: crop the image, convert to black and white, and rotate;
- Save scanned files directly to the cloud installed on the phone (example, Google Drive);
- And much more!
This month's update, version 6.1.0, contains some news and improvements.
News:
- New ways to integrate Digital Shift with management software, being able to do it via FTP and API - besides the integration by folder, which NDD already carried out;
- Possibility to send the scanned files to an FTP address.
Improvements:
- The rule that adjusted the name of the file with an automatic complement (serial + date and time) was removed;
- The possibility to customize the naming of files and folders by adding the date, time, or date and time.
