Does NOT Work Well
Hard to get this app to work. But once I got it working, which took forever, they only have videos from 2 months ago and older. Need to have recent videos. Dying to see my birthday videos, which have not been emailed, STILL! Thought this would be a good way to get videos from last month but no happening.

This app never works how it’s supposed to and I get a message saying the account doesn’t exist when I send email to support. why have an app if it doesn’t work correctly???? You would think after all the bad reviews ALWIN would do something …
Your best bet is hoping you’ll get the email and be able to download it from there. This app is the worst

Unusable
Seriously I never review apps but this one is abysmal. For the Joey’s out there that means terrible. It’s almost impossible to even login let alone find a picture. The apps is unusable, crashes constantly and won’t load pictures. Just all around terrible and whoever made it doesn’t know what they are doing. Looking up reviews I guess it’s been like this for a year now with no support. Just so so so bad. Don’t even bother downloading it.

App is constantly breaking down with errors. Lately you can’t even see the whole gif because they’ve all been converted to portrait mode. Also, videos are no longer able to be downloaded.
Can’t login
Every time I try to register it says “something went wrong” and I can’t progress.
