Reviews of Downdetector

  • Great app. Needs more services though.

I hope more services get added to this little app. A friend of mine who’s visually impaired told me about this app. Along with his partner who works at a radio station that I work at. I’ve kept this little app in my arsenal of utilities. It’s a great app to work with. I don’t have an account with them to report website outages. I really find that unnecessary in my personal opinion. I just look at the websites that are down to see what’s working and what’s not. This came in handy when I was having trouble with my Nintendo account.
  • Favorites STILL don’t work

    Favorites STILL don’t work. SHAME…
  • Great app but the comments never get updated!!

The latest comments was 4 months ago!! Great app to check any outages but the comments don’t get updated like its website version. If you are looking at one particular service like T-mobile. Then check the website and app versions. The comments are totally different. On the website version can see the latest comments seconds ago, or an hour ago. The app version, the latest comments 4 months ago on the same exact service. That’s ridiculous! How do you see latest comment? Therefore, not sure how do you guys updated the comments or the charts are really real-time analysis? I can see the timeline on the chart is pretty updated but why not update the comments as well? Thank you.
