There is a learning curve for apps like ours that has a great deal of functionality. In addition to the Help text and how-to movies we offer excellent and responsive email, text and phone support. If you are still not happy then it's quite easy to get refund from Apple. Contact us at 303-408-7732 to support@jzmobile.com and we'll make it right!
Scheduling and much much more, new update is awesome.
In addition, there is some substantial acounting capabiliting including inventory control and cost calcualtion. Very happy I came accoss this one!
Kudos for well designed and supported app for iPhone X too.

The base app is very complete and handles all of most users needs: Scheduling, order entry, client history and financial details and summaries. If you are unhappy you can get a refund through your iTunes account. Also, our fees are One Time. Most apps like ours are "Free" then charge you from $5 to $10 Per Month. So even if you do buy a few of the InApps it's still a great value. Sorry that you got this impression of our app and the pricing. Wish you would have contacted us instead writing an inaccurate review.
