I thought I was getting an actual copy of the handbook Williams Hematology but this seems nothing like that.

Very useful medical app
Skyscape Medical Library has been around for years and an excellent resource. Used for free clinical calculators while in residency and also as clinician can reconfirm diagnoses and drug dosages from trusted resources. The different content resources also link to make the navigation quick and easy and help make informed decisions at the point of care. Love it!

There are some great resources but some are old and do not update.

Skyscape no longer has a contract with the publisher which is why it is no longer available.
No access
I use to have access to the clinical calculator and now it keeps asking for a serial number.
