Lost my Italian French German and Japanese language that I paid for
Not happy I went to start studying my Italian app on 24, also had bought French and German and Japanese, all of a sudden there was an update and now I can’t unlock all my lessons I bought, very unhappy have no way of knowing what to do! I am not going to buy the whole sets over again!Urs 65

Dear App User, Thanks for the very nice review! If you download the latest version, you should be able to access other lessons from within the app you have. Our new version allows users unlock lessons by going through each unlocked lessons up to a certain number of lessons! In addition, you can also earn gold coins from playing the games or watching rewarded video ads to unlock all lessons within a set time duration. We are also working on new features which will even give users more free learning materials to use! Thank you so much for reviewing our app!Good app

Unable to restore my subscription
I love the app, decided to buy the yearly gold subscription. A message told me that renewal is automatic and I need to manually turn that off. I turned off the subscription in the settings. My itunes account says the subscription is active expires next year, but the app says it’s unable to restore. My app is back to the basic version requiring coins to unlock lessons. This was all done today, please help.Show lessmeteoraln

It’s an amazing app I have increased in my French ever since I started using this app 2 days ago you can choose any language you want to and when you finish going over a level it lets you play review games and when you favor a word it you need review on it you just click the star and it turns yellow and then you just go to favorites and you can go over them when your offline to.Show lessi love the speak easy app

This WAS the most wonderful language app ever! Until they CRAPPED it up with useless junk, AND took away lessons which I paid $6.99 for! WHATEVER YOU DO - buy another language app. This company had a GREAT PRODUCT and really ruined it. I'd give it ZERO stars if I could! Don't give them ANOTHER CENT!Show lessAdigista7

Dear App User, As we strive to give more free lessons for everyone, we needed to change the app and make improvements to it. There is a restore button if you go to the Store Tab. As a bonus, your $6.99 which you paid before will also come standard with Silver Plus features which allows you to access games and be able to fully disable ads! We do think about our users, and we are moving towards helping those who can't afford much by giving them option to get lessons for free!
