What I would expect from ACP. Terrible user interface. Will not accept ACP login information requiring yet another username-password.
Wow!! Great app
Easy to use with a clean well organized layout. The content quality it really good and I haven’t had any issues at all. I tried to play a video and couldn’t hear the sound but I realized it was because my iPhone was on silent lol so that was my fault. Once I took it out of silent mode I could hear the videos and the sound quality is really good. Highly recommend

Great App
Playback now is undoubtably a great tool and categorized interface to view conference content. The ability to navigate the app in a nimble fashion is one of my favorite design features.
Would I recommend improvements? Sure, just like with any technological device. For example, I noticed that sessions in process of being recorded could not be played yet, even though they were listed within app. Perhaps a clearer indication of “video readiness” would be ideal, however, this minor interface frustration is definitely outshined by the sheer convenience and quality of the recordings.

Easy stuff
Simple to use. Just a player but makes access to my conference sessions a snap. Would not take much to make it 5 star.

Doesn’t work. Can’t access content. ACP, I paid $895 for this course. You need to do better.
This app is non functional
I am not sure if Playback-now is working to fix this app. It doesnt populate any courses. Last App update was 1 year back. It would be significantly easier to access courses in this app rather than through a web browser, a cumbersome and time consuming process.
Doesn’t work
I have downloaded this app multiple times in hopes that the developers fixed some bugs. Unfortunately, when searching for my files, nothing comes up. I am unable to search by topic or presenter, everything is blank. Would be nice if it would work with apple product.
Audio won’t come thru w iOS app
I can see the slides but I can’t hear audio. Tried the obvious items to reboot. Re log in etc. can’t seem to solve. Please help.
