After watching a computerphile video on recursion that used The Tower of Hanoi as a visual representation of recursion, I felt inclined to locate my old wooden version I had laying around the house. Unfortunately, I was unable to find it, so I popped on the AppStore and looked for a digital version of the game. I tried a few versions, but they had initiative controls, were in landscape, and had pop up adverts. I was about to give up, until I found this game.
This version has everything you want from tower of Hanoi. The controls are perfect, just simple swipes from one pole to the other. There are no adverts except for a small banner at the bottom, and you can choose your difficulty setting by selecting the number of wooden pieces. Overall this application is perfect, and I would highly recommend it to anyone.
Underrated Gem.
