This FREE app is a must-have for MN drivers’ education students preparing to take the Permit Test. Written by Safeway, Minnesota’s largest driving school, the questions come directly from the MN Dept of Public Safety Driver’s Manual. Don’t be fooled by other “Minnesota” apps that teach you to file a crash report in California (why?) or to parallel park within 18” of the curb (not).
