They messed up !!!
So I figured I would try this app out I thought it was helping I was getting way more booking then normal but my income of the booking wasn’t what it should be they changed the price of my listing to Lë’s then half of the normal fees so literally they screwed me out of a lot of money don’t use this appShow lessspenmoney

After the integration with Airbnb, the prices from BedBooking are exported to your Airbnb calendar, so you no longer need to use multiple price lists. Looking forward to your message!Expedia problems
If you use Expedia group forget about using this app. After 6 months of it not syncing properly I have now moved on to a different channel manager. Peace of mind you will not find using Expedia group on this app. Look elsewhere.FUCQ bedbooking

Me encanta el app, tiene mucho potencial. Yosoy anfitrión de airbnb, booking, vrbo, your rentals, y rentas externas y quiero un lugar donde pueda visualizar la ocupación de todos mis apartamentos. El app es buena pero le falta cosas vitales:
1. Enviar notificaciones al teléfono cuando haya un cambio, cuando llegue una reserva o cuando se actualice. En mi caso, varias personas utilizamos una cuenta y actualizamos las reservas, quisiera que cuando alguien agregue una reserva, pues me envíe una notificación para que todos estemos al tanto.
2. TAREAS PROPIAS!: super importante, deberían agregar la función de “Agregar tarea”, así si alguna propiedad quedó sin limpiar o quiero poner de tarea que hay que realizarle algún mantenimiento, pues que se pueda hacer en esta misma app y no tener que usar otra para actualizar las tareas, y obviamente, que envíe una notificación cada vez que se agregue una tarea.
3. Poder editar varias propiedades a la vez: Bulk editing. Por ejemplo, si le quiero poner la misma ubicación, el mismo color, precio, o tipo de propiedad, no tener que entrar a todas una a una y cambiarlas, si no que pueda seleccionar todas las que quiero cambiar y hacerlo una sola vez.
Hay otras cositas pero eso es lo mas importante, voy a seguir utilizando la app por algunas semanas, a ver si incorporan estos detalles, si lo hacen, cambio la reseña a 5 estrellas, si no, tendré que buscar otra aplicación.Show lessDaniiBiebs

I can’t be without this app! It helps me to manage both of my short term rentals seamlessly. I purchased the app vs the free option because I update/change frequently but it’s worth every penny spent due to the convenience and organization this app creates for at a glance availability. This calendar is intuitive and simple to use, perfect for phones and ipads. The desktop version has more options, for instance generating a “widget”: html code that you can place on websites. It synchronizes your data between your gadgets, and also allows you to work off line. The main feature still missing is the possibility to synchronize reservations with both booking.com and airbnb.Show lessVolvuspå
