Great program. Spend a lot of money on SEO and this is the best tool out there. Hopefully google will not kill it. They are trying, but the program keeps plugging along.

Broken App
Was good while it lasted....but around May 2019 it started giving errors...and continues to do so as we head into June. Hopefully it will be fixed, but right now it is pretty uselessPhilitupandparty
Great App
Very useful app. I currently track around 100 key words every day and find it very easy using SEO EDGE.
One feature I would like to see is key word tracking per device. E.g rank for desk top, tablet and phone.SWB 19
Was Good But Now
I have been using this for a long time and even recommended to others but it has started getting blocked by google messages all the time.. I have a paid subscription so this is annoying. Guys are you going to fix this issue???????jedNinja

App is not working - no reply from support
I have been using this app for a year now but as mentioned in comments by other users it’s been 2-3 weeks since it stopped working at all. Whenever trying to see ranks you get a failed message back. Have been trying to contact support a few times and there has been no response whatsoever.

App Not Working
Was a great app and used it regularly, for last two weeks been getting IP Blocked have connected via different networks and fixed IP’s but still doesn’t work subscription now running out and can’t get a reply to support emails

Great app
I love this app and use it all the time, it uses actual google searches as if I was manually searching google myself so it seems pretty accurate to me. I don’t know if any other app that does the same or better.TristanT2000
Inaccurate Position Results
I notice huge descrepancy between actual positions and those reported in the app, mainly for keywords where location is not specified.
Google’s results are based on current location and it looks the app cannot forward a location to google, defaulting to a broader search, which will have different results for a web user.
On another side, I have a single word domain, which is often last word of other domains and I have the feeling the app is mixing up domains and will return wrong positions.
It is a great app otherwise, used it for many years, but if the above is not addressed it rather misleads than represent a true picture.Show lessRinzuid
Inacurate results
This app shows inacurate results, im based in Mexico, but need US serp results, it gives me mx serp results not us, even though it is set to give US. I checked it against semrush, and other serp websites, and they do not match. I asked the developer in facebook and email, and havnt heard back in over a month, plus this hasnt been updated in over a year. stay away.Show lessgazbassplayer
