Can’t access my subscription for a second time this year.
After the subscription was fixed earlier in the year, I thought all was good. No such luck! This week my subscription has failed again. Pathetic app.

What a worthless POS app paid for subscription a few times keeps wanting to charge me I have an active subscription how effing hard could it be to sort this out. Can’t download anything even though paid for
Angry & Frustrated
I have 2 subscriptions to 2 magazines both of which I have been unable to access since April. Numerous emails & phone calls with Same excuse, we are having technical difficulties will be restored shortly. Last one was mags have been bought by Bauer Media and they are working on restoring . It is now 4 months without a magazine or resolution or any contact not good enough

Don’t waste money
I have had nothing but trouble since purchasing the Who online subscription. Constantly not able to download issues; unhelpful support team. Haven’t even answered my last request for help. A new app which doesn’t work. Do not waste your money purchasing.
Who Magazine digital app
Terrible. App has broken at least 3 times since December. Pacific magazines only let you speak to overseas customer service dept who are awful. I always say to them if you let your customers know we would be more patient but never do or send email to confirm discussion even when you ask them to do so. New fault now, can only log in with mag shop account even though my subscription is not with mag shop. Paying for a service that is not there. Disappointing all round.

App finally fixed after weeks of no access to magazine
After 5 weeks of not being able to access my subscription the app has finally been replaced with (what seems to be) an improved version. Double page spreads are easier to read in the new format and restoration of purchases (for iTunes subscribers) worked fine. Let’s hope it lasts! Only 4 stars because I’m not yet convinced the app will continue to work over time.

Useless and no help from anyone
Useless app haven’t been able to access paid for subscription for the last 2 weeks. Keep getting sent back and forth from developer to iTunes. No one wants to take any responsibility for this error messages. This is not the first time this has happened as well. Similar issues a few years back, seems they need to do more updates instead of just every couple of years.

Unable to download
Have been unable to download magazine for 2 weeks. Message says there is a problem & to try again in a few minutes! There is no obvious contact point to report the problem.

About two week ago, I was unable to access the magazine which I’m subscribed to have tried to contact and have got no help at all!!! So my feedback is fix it ASAP, refund our money cause we can not get what we have paid for. And if your looking to purchase don’t!!!!

Can not access my subscription
Used to really enjoy downloading this magazine each week and felt good about not adding to needless paper waste. Joke now on me as the ap no longer works and I am stuck with a worthless subscription !
