So Far, So Good
I needed a one-stop Bill and Account Organizing App, since my age-old favorite (original “BillTracker” app) is no longer supported by Apple.
This “Bills Manager” app is intuitive and has most of the features I require and use. An example of just one of those important features is a spacious Notes Section for me to document crucial information for each account.
“Bills Manager” has proven to be accurate and efficient in keeping me apprised and focused on all upcoming bills and obligations. I am quite pleased with it, so far!
The biggest feature that I miss from my old BillTracker app is the ability and functionality to apply intermediate partial payments, to pay down (without paying off) a large balance due, prior to the closing date. My old app used to record, keep a record of and perform the calculations to show the lower remaining balances due, after a partial payment. So far, I haven’t found a similar feature as that, in this “Bills Manager” app. It’s a big one, on my wish list!

Very good
I like it. It’s easy to see what’s due and what’s paid. The only thing I’d like to see is a check mark or ability to see when that payment cleared your bank. So what you see that you’ve set up to be paid does not truly reflect as cleared. Sometimes it’s a day or two but sometimes longer to clear bank. So I still have to go into my bank site to see what’s actually cleared and see what I actually have in the account after what else needs to come out. I had my own pen and paper spreadsheet which I hoped to get away from but still use so I can see what’s cleared. So just an additional check mark column would be very useful for me.

Good app
Would be good if it leaves you export a excel file and the pic files would be with the name of the bill or something like that. Apart of that really good app.
Great app
This app makes it easy to keep track of bills It would be perfect except for one thing - recurring bills can’t be set to recur indefinitely. I have missed a couple of bills because the repeat expired so now I set the expiry way in the future. But it would be best if the developer could allow an indefinite recurrence. Aside from that, it is well organized and very useful.

Prism is shutting down
For all my people who used Prism and it will be shutting down soon. I enjoy the simplicity of this app. I don’t require autopay in an app or something that links to the website to pull my account. I like visuals and notifications for reminders and budgeting. It covers my needs to set bills on certain days with repeat options weekly, monthly, and yearly. It has icons for your different accounts. Calendar view allows for quick press on the days ☑️ icon for that bill being paid. It tells you how much you’ve paid and how much is due for the monthly period. I enjoy the pie graph percentages on my accounts as well. Would more account icons and color schemes be cool? Yes. Does it need all that to handle the business that I need? No. App is updated regularly and I appreciate the creator for keeping it up. Excellent app for your bill management.

Best Bill Keeper!
I tried several bill tracking apps before Bills Manager. Most of them want you to sign up for a bill pay or log into your bank account! I just wanted a simple way to keep track of my payments each month and to have reminders to pay them. Most of my monthly bills are setup on auto pay but this app helps me see at a glance when bills are being paid or to be paid. It’s easy to setup and customizable at that! I don’t even remember now if it is totally free or if I paid a fee when I got it. Because I don’t care! It’s worth it!

Best bills tracking app
I have used this app for over 5 years, and this latest update made it 5 stars.
Compared with other bills apps, this is by far the best. It was even the best before the update when it was a bit more clunky to use, and since this update it’s gotten even better.
I find other apps try to do too much all at once. They lose their meaning and just overwhelm the user.
This app allows you to do one thing very well: put all your bills in one place and be notified of said bills.
It gives you calendar view, list view, some pie charts, categories, effective icons and more.
It’s fast and simple to enter new bills, while encouraging you to categorise these bills so you get an accurate report.
The layout is extremely simple and clean, and there aren’t any superfluous features or design elements. It’s a surprisingly calming environment considering its sole purpose is to tell you when and how you need to spend your money!
The annual/monthly/quarterly reports give you a really simple breakdown of where your money is going. I’ve enjoyed seeing my overall bills reduce as my credit cards have been paid down (with the help of this app).
The only things I’d enjoy seeing improved are the reporting customisability and the end dates of the bills.
Currently the reports can’t be customised to remove certain categories. Would be nice if this feature could be added. For instance, I included the bills of a loved one, as I’m helping them manage and pay their own bills, but now it looks like I have 3 months of crazy spending and is harder to see the trend.
Also, the end dates of the bills are defaulted to 1 year and I have to scroll 80 years to get them to essentially be lifetime bills. It would be good if the default setting was “no end date” as most bills don’t have a foreseeable end date. I think there should also be a button for “no end date”.
Other than these two things, it’s a super useful app and I’m very happy that I’m now much better at budgeting because of it.

Great app
Great app! Really helps keep my bills organized! Love it! I recommend this app to everyone I know.
Simple and Easy
I have tried three bill organizer apps before landing on this one. You’re not limited on bills to add. There are ads but they aren’t obnoxious. There is the ability to pay to get rid of the ads. One thing I noticed seemed to be an option but not working is the color coding system. When you add a category there is a tab labeled color. The box is white. When you click it there are no color options available. Not sure if that’s a feature that comes with the paid version or it just doesn’t work. I do like color coding. So tell me how to get it to work. Thanks!
