Love this game. But unfortunately when I get to a certain level the game will not load. I have deleted the app and restarted twice but the problem will not go away. I have also switched my phone off hoping the game will load but again no luck. I never had such problem on my Samsung phone. I really do hope they fix the problem as I will not be trying againShow lessUnhappy123?
Too many issues! Lives just disappear
50+ messages/lives one moment, zero the next. How can they just disappear? Then, cannot even get lives…can give them but not receive. Always something it seems. Again, one moment 50+, next zero. Glitches, sluggish and generally a frustrating game. You would hope King would care a bit more.
Update***Interestingly, game freezes up at roughly same level…what King says about clearing cache is untrue. You cannot clear the cache of a game without deleting it. You can cleared cache of your device browser which does NOT unfreeze game. There are issues/bugs which King cannot fix yet continue to encourage you to jump through hoops in the hopes of doing so. As well, my iPhone game still receives no lives from friends despite update to app. I can give to others but not receive from others which is a bummer really.Show lessGailNickname

Very buggy
The game itself is great but there are times where it gets frozen on the loading screen and crashes completely. Also having problems trying to open my messages without the game crashing. Unfortunate.iLoveKookies
Love the game but....
I rate Bubble Witch Saga 2 five stars. But due to too many recent glitches and the lack of customer support, the Bubble Witch experience has become so frustrating. This is why it has been downgraded to one star. Unfortunately,King Games doesn't care what I think.Erminia58

Got to level 4251 on my iPad and for the past few weeks now every time I complete this level the game freezes and loses down, when it starts again I’m back to the start of level 4251. I’ve deleted the app 6 times and reloaded it but it just keeps doing it. Yet on my iPhone I can move on with and problems……..so not great if I can’t play on iPad after all this time.Show lessvic59ky

I love this game so much, i have been playing for years. I tried bubble witch3 and hated it. I have downloaded and tried heaps of different games and i have deleted them all but i always keep this one. I like that it gets difficult and makes my brain work harder to strategise how to solve each puzzle. I like how quick you get new lives, compared to other games. I just hope the format never changes because for me this is a winner.Show lessMumfybear
