Freezes on Downloading Data
This app used to work well, but now it continues to freeze at downloading data. I’ve deleted it and re-downloaded twice, it works briefly, the reverts back to the downloading data stage. Very frustrating.Swamitha

Works really well and is an invaluable tool in clinic. Frequently gets stuck in data downloading mode for hours and cannot be used during that time.klawcrva

Currently, it will not load any formulary information. I know it has to update throughout the year but it hasn’t worked for awhile now. I have deleted the app and reinstalled it. Still will not work.BrandiM14

I use this in the doctor’s office when they are proposing to prescribe a new medication to see if it’s on the formulary. If not I ask about an alternative. If none is available then I inform them a formulary exception will be required. I can also let them know that a prior authorization might be needed as well.Show lessEaganDad
