Great app
It's a great app for tracking hours and sending invoices, but I really don't like the new app icon, the old one was much better.

Been using this for quite a while now to track my part-time hours. It does what I need near perfect. There does need to be a way to turn off the hours that have already been invoiced so that only current projects show.

Good but needs some features
Using on iPad not iPhone so a tad more difficult to use.. Definitely needs a way to share besides stock email, which I do not use so no way to send invoices...or view them for that matter. Without invoice capability app is good but not great for me, also have issue with all projects defaulting to open instead of collapsed, lots of scrolling and searching. All in all good app but could be awesome if iPad option available and other issues addressed.

Handy & Quick
Love the app. I can quickly record hours and send off invoice ...neatly and with no fuss.
Now can't even open
I see there was an update on Feb 25, and now it won't even open. Worried that I'll lose all my prior entries since lay billing.
Follow-up... Traded a couple of emails with some "customer service" person. DID NOTHING TO HELP MAKE THIS WORK OR WVEN OPEN. Won't even respond to emails. TRULY A USELESS APP AND I ASSUME A USELESS COMPANY.
Latest follow up... With Brian's help, was able to recover all my records and send out a proper invoice. Thanks.

Great billing app for psychologists in private practice
I work in private practice and find this app very helpful in tracking billable (client contact) hours. The only thing I would like changed is the following:
1. To be able to set the app to track billable time by the hour (for example, 1 hour, rather than entering the start and end time).
2. To be able to move closed clients to a different area of the app (so current clients are readily available on the client page and invoice page).
3. To allow more options for viewing total billable hours. For example, to view billing for different months, rather than filtering to either all or the current month.
4. To display both total hours billed and total income billed for all clients during a specific billing period or month (rather than total hours/amount billed for each individual client) would also be very helpful.
Otherwise this app has been perfect for my purposes and I would highly recommend it.

Can not calculate overtime
Great design, simple easy. bill specific clients for specific jobs by hours worked or by single item. calculates pay by hours...but no way to input overtime rates. exports invoice to pdf
Incredible tool for the price, highly recommend
I started offering IT services as a side biz, and needed a quick simple app to track client hours and projects. I tried a ton, but most were free for only 2 clients, or 30 days, & I just couldn't justify the money. Then I found this app and am totally satisfied. I have multiple clients, projects, rates. Etc, and it works flawlessly every time.
