I came across this app after downloading several of the virtual trainer apps. I find this app to be pretty cool and comprehensive. The exercises are fun to do as well as being diverse and energetic. Great app!!!T-Warrior

No need for a personal trainer
Great app. Got it with my purchase of the Suspension Trainer app and am glad I did. If you are motivated to work out on your own but get bored easily this will work. Generates new workouts on demand and it's easy to change parts of workouts without changing all of it. Gives clear instruction and cues to start/stop an exercise. NICE CONCEPT BUT POOR EXECUTION!!!
I really like the idea of this app except...it doesn't work. When I increase or decrease the time, I always get 8 or 9 exercises to perform so it is NOT considering the time of my workout as claimed. They really need to fix that ASAP.DB4IP
Pretty amazing.
The app is really useful, it gives you exercises randomly based on the type of equipment that you have available. Also there is a short video showing the proper posture to do those exercises.
I give a 4 star rating only because there is a waiting time for when you actually start exercising to download the video for the particular exercises you selected. However the video is downloaded only once for an exercise. So if you are repeating some old exercise, you wont have to wait for its video to download.Show lessIfhamshah
