It lets you rate anyone you want. It also lets you rate TV shows and movies. It is so good I found out about it on "Community" The TV show in late season 4 or early season 5 it looked like it was cool but at the same time it looked fake and unusual and i thought I'd look for it in the App StoreBeekee1919
