  • Missing many brands

It’s missing tons of drugstore makeup brands. Even maybelline is missing. There is one entry for maybelline that says to check L’Oréal, but L’Oréal isn’t included in the list altogether.
  • Free App Download, costly data

So, when an App has ‘GET’ next to it, it’s free. This app has the get for the free download, but then it’s has the gottchya. It will cost $6.99 to see the listing of available foods. It has a caveat about needing to download after Shabbat. But it’s Thursday and not Yom Tov.
  • No contact to developer

I’m having trouble with the app and there’s no contact or email of the developer.
  • Bogus app

What’s the point of having a free app with nothing in it? Make it a paid app from the get go if you need to pay to see content. This app is pointless.
  • Search feature needs an update

The idea is great but I found the search feature hard to use. When shopping for makeup it was very hard to figure out exactly which lipstick and brand etc was ok or not. Would love if you could make the search engine more user friendly for next year. Thanks for your hard work!

    Developer Response

What are some examples of search terms that you have been using?
  • Same as above

For some reason it got deleted. Now it’s charging again
  • Ripped off

    Why doesn’t family sharing work

    Developer Response

Family sharing does not work with In-App purchases. It’s a platform constraint, not a business decision that we made.
  • Family sharing won’t share the paid app

I downloaded the free app which is really just an empty shell devoid of product listings. I then paid $6.99 to “upgrade” to the current app populated with the product listings. Well, despite what the App Store says, you can’t do family sharing with the full product. You and your spouse will both have to pay $6.99 each to get the full app.

And there’s no way to reach the developer to ask about this. Try to find an email address at their website! There’s just a twitter handle - but some of us refuse to tweet. There should be better support for a paid app.

  • Finally !

    Finally got to download 2018.
  • The search feature works great!

The search feature works so well! It saves a huge amount of time and frustration of flipping through the book and complaining about the order.
