The simulation considers the entire roster and player ratings, but if you’re consistently seeing results that don’t seem right, we want to investigate and make sure everything is working properly. We’re really sorry to see your experience has changed. Our team has responded to every support email we’ve received and has worked hard to investigate and fix issues as quickly as possible, so we’d genuinely like to understand what went wrong here. One thing we do want to clarify is that the website and app can occasionally be slightly out of sync. We can push fixes and updates to the website immediately, while app updates have to go through Apple’s review and approval process before they can be released. Unfortunately, that sometimes means an issue is already fixed on the website while we're still waiting for the updated app version to go live.
