Getting worse
The latest update would now, most of the times, show the Sydney map. And yes, I din’t live in Sydney and don’t have the Sydney version of the ‘book’ so why would I want to see Sydney map?
App can’t remember settings for the Filters, meaning that I have to set the setting every single time!

It seems like the update may have reset your app permissions which is causing the Sydney map to default. Please check if your location feature is enabled in the app settings. If it's disabled, you can enable it by going to your iPhone settings and allowing the app to access your location. This should ensure that the map reflects your current location accurately. Additionally, we understand the frustration with the app not remembering your filter settings. We recommend double-checking the app's permissions to ensure it can save your preferences. Your location filter doesn’t work. I filtered the city I am in and did a search and it brings up eateries thousands of kilometres away before one that is 2.2km away. Why? I haven’t used Entertainment book since 2020 and I bought it because of the free multi city offer this time which I had in the past and it is all coming back to me why I stopped buying it even though it’s for a good cause. The old app was so easy to use and find places with discounts. It unbelievable how much of a backwards step the new app is in every way. Hard to find things, UI is way less useful has lots of information missing that was in the original app. Things like menu’s & contact details or even links to restaurants own websites!Show lessDeveloper Response
