If your department doesn't have this, U R WRONG
How many times have you been at home, asleep, when the phone rings, and a panicked prosecutor screams that you were supposed to be in court 10 minutes ago? How many times have you arranged for a sitter, driven all the way across the county to go to court, only to find that the court continued your case (for the millionth time?) How many times have you been looking forward to a long planned vacation, only to find that your admin forgot to tell you about a subpoena that was issued WEEKS ago, back when you could have easily re-scheduled your plans and not paid a penalty?

Ladies and gentlemen, enforcers of the law- iSubpoena.

I subpoena gives you INSTANT notifications of upcoming court dates, and lets you IMMEDIATELY inform the DA's office that you have a conflict.

I AM that obnoxious prosecutor that never tires telling you that "Its an ORDER, Detective, not a request." Your family is swell, but I got murderers and rapists to prosecute, and I need your butt on the witness stand if I'm going to put that dirtbag in prison. iSubpoena means that I know you were served, and will be there when justice calls, because I know that you would have alerted me WELL in advance if there was a problem.

iSubpoena means CONFIDENCE- confidence that my LE witnesses are notified, prepared, and will be in court when I need them. And, honestly, I get to be the hero and request a continuance with time to spare so that you can go on the anniversary cruise with your spouse and tell everybody else in your department how cool I am.

Let's face it- your department blows money on all kinds of stupid stuff you don't need or will ever use. iSubpoena is NOT THAT THING. You'll love it. Now tell your Chief that implementing iSubpoena is going to be part of your next union negotiation if that Chief doesn't call the funny-looking dutchman NOW and GET iSubpoena!!!!!!!!!!!

Great resource for prosecutors
This app is a great resource for prosecutors as well as law enforcement. Prosecutors are able to quickly call off law enforcement witnesses with this app. It is an invaluable resource.

Best LE app
This is the best app for law enforcement. We love it! Tracks your subpoenas and puts them in your calendar. Call you off automatically. Everyone should use it!

Great tool
I have been in law enforcement for 13 years now. During that time I have seen few things that revolutionize the way we do business. ISubpoena changes the subpoena process at every level. ISubpoena is truly a great tool for anyone who plays any roll in the subpoena process: clerks, officers, administrators, and deputy district attorneys.

As a Detective I have found ISubpoena invaluable in keeping track of dozens of subpoenas. ISubpoena gives me peace of mind knowing that I won't forget an appearance date. The app automatically enters the court date on my phone's calendar; it doesn't get any easier than that. I receive court call off notifications straight to my phone without the delay of routing through the records department.

I have been completely satisfied with the product and I have been pleased to see the product evolve as the Developer improves upon the concept. I suggest to every user that they should contact the developer with any and all ideas for improving the product, the next version just might included your idea.

If you don't have it, then you should get it! Your department can recoup the cost of the entire system just in the cost of paper and toner from not printing subpoenas.
