Simple & elegant, just what I wanted
I keep trying other apps and always come back to Ensō. It has everything I need from a meditation app without floods of options or accounts.
My only complaint is the bells; they are good, not great.空白リス
Simple, clean, and stable
I have been using Ensō for about 8 years, and it’s constancy is an anchor in my crazy life. The interface is simple and intuitive, and it’s exactly what it needs to be. I bought the add-in tones, and the clarity of the ringing tones is a call to deep meditation. Others give detailed reviews that I endorse, so I will keep mine simple. Ensō’s simplicity draws me in each morning as I sit, and the stable feedback counters hold me to my intention of daily meditation. It integrates my favorite guided meditations with a simple interface, so it’s my only app for meditation.Show lessacadsci juggler

Review
Ensō is a very good meditation timer. It has a simplistic user interface and keeps total meditation time. An easy improvement would be to increase the start time to 5 minutes instead of 60 seconds, and also increase the total meditation time to 5 hours instead of only 1 hour.
Selectable colors for the circle, timers, and counters would be nice. And a improved privacy policy.
The interval timer I don’t use, it’s always set to 0 with the interval bell turned off. It maybe a feature to be gotten rid of. But in its current form it causes no harm. If these changes were made, it would a product that I would pay money for. As is, it’s a good “free” meditation timer.

You did not implement my recommendations so I moved from “ensō “ to a different timer. This timer has the features I asked for. Good privacy policy however.

Beautifully designed app

Perfect meditation app

I’ve been using this app daily for well over a year. Love it! So easy to use. Handy and precise record keeping which I check periodically to see my consistency and progress over time.
