Glitchy
Really glitchy. Hardly ever sees my watch and I have to pair again and again. Often when I hit Sync it does nothing. I have been following my son’s surfs and then it just stopped following him. It would be awesome if it did what it is supposed to do consistently
Could be better
App is okay links with watch and Surfline but the time sink is out with Surfline so your waves aren’t caught you only get the bit after your wave it needs to sink better time wise as it’s a couple minutes behind

Limited connectivity and incomplete surf data
The connections from my watch to my phome Search app haven’t worked for months and often the watch simply doesn’t pick up a signal, even when I’m in clear range of a mobile tower

It used to give you the option to share your surfs via text or IG etc. Now it say IG sharing failed when I tap the share icon. So now what… you can only post to IG your surfs? Lame

Hands down this is the best watch, it tracks your speed, paddle distance, total distance and even your wave count.
Unfortunately, it doesn’t count every wave as a wave so sometimes you walk away feeling underscored.

Cant get past the terms and conditions page
Just says an error occurred. Tried severL times. Obviously hitting decline isnt an option, but feels like that’s what you want me to click. Harsh

Calories
If the rip curl watch good give you the calories burnt during a session it would to track your fitness
