Tracker crashes the app
The app has two problems that need to be resolved quickly,
1. When Health Tracker (analytic comparison to previous test results) is chosen for any test, the app hangs and the only way out is to close it & restart.
2. OTP not being accepted.
On iPhone the OTP sent on sms is not being accepted. Tried pasting it typing it but app does not proceed further.
3. Forces login with OTP everyday despite a pin being setup.

Worst app ever
Will not place a order and will crash. Ordering to a lab is IMPOSSIBLE
Stupid app
It’s a very pathetically made stupid app. You will never receive OTP. Yes when I say never then never. The guy came exactly after 24 hrs. Actually the app was not accepting my login so simple.
Finally I use guest login. Night when I got OTP
I had no way to enter
When I tried just now there is no next button for me
I would give negative 1/0 to the power infinity negative rating.

After the latest update yesterday, the app keeps crashing when attempt made to use it
Quality lab with quality app
I've been doing my blood tests with SRL for many years. Now with this app, they have added one more good reason not to go to other labs. I got all my history in this app and got a very good feature to compare the trend of various parameters on a graph. Top marks from my side
