Worst ever
Horrible software. It just doesn’t work. One has to test the product before releasing it. What a shame. Spain government is still in a medieval age.

Espana un país tercermundista eso es p o que somos, ni si quiera podemos hacer una aplicación para bajar una clave. Hoy hice 5 llamas de Zoom y todas funcionan cuando quieres hacer la verificación no funciona nada, todos los botones te llevan a nada y cuando llamas y tienes que esperar un cuarto de hora para que te digan que no es una incidencia es que están ocupado vimos tomándose un café en el bar de la esquina los funcionarios a los que les pagamos su salario con nuestros impuestos. Que desgracia de país somos

No way to identify or register with a NIF
Generalitat de Catalunya requires idCat or Clave to contact them digitally.
None are accessible to non-residents with a NIF. This app is useless in this case, therefore fails its mission to offer easy electronic access to Generalitat de Catalunya services which leaves as only option to contact them from abroad by paying phone or regular mail.

Unable to register
My NIE was issued in 2004, back then there were no “Support Number” issued with the NIE.
It is impossible to register on the App. Is there another way to register.
