Worst Digital Reading App
Great magazine! Terrible app! Loses subscription data. Super slow to load. So many great digital reader apps available - why did PassageMaker chose this one?
Not worth the effort
Tried PMM App in 2014 and again tried free. Issue in Dec. 14. Painfully slow. After wasting hours over the past several weeks (never did see more than the cover for Dec 2016). Quite difficult to cancel the subscription (in-App purchase) through ITunes. Buy the analog magazine - save yourself time and frustration.

Absolutely useless.
Signed up to use the app and can't access it. Also had purchased a couple of issues last year and can't access them either. Run away as fast as you can.
App is garbage
Please hire someone that knows what they are doing to fix this app.
No account management
A really crappy app for a magazine that I like. App has no account management tab to use, I have ended up with multiple auto renew subscriptions via iTunes with no way to fix other than by emailing the magazine……and wait, and wait, and wait for a response.
Paid for but not delivered
Problem with this app. I called Passagemakers directly and they advised the had nothing to do with the ITunes subscription delivery. I've not been able to find any other avenue to go so I'm out the total subscription cost after reading only one magazine.
Still broken
Not much else to say except it app is still broken. Renewed my subscription a few weeks before the release and I cannot get the new issue, or the one that came out just as I renewed. Frustrating!
Confused and frustrated
PMM has migrated through too many delivery mechanisms. It was an app, then a download, then a newsstand, now an app again - I think. The frustration with it all seems never ending. All I want to do is read the rag. I really wish they'd use a commercial delivery vehicle like Zinio which works beautifully and just stick to content creation.

Crashes constantly!
Magazine is great but the App is not ready. Sorry to whine about giving feedback, they should probably take the review feature away so it can be broken indefinitely!
