I have repeatedly tried to open it in UK and Turkey but it flops and vanishes. I have even downloaded it repeatedly to no avail. I hax used the Toolani app successfully for a long tims cakling from fhe USAJid Adam

Sketchy calls
It’s fairly cheap, but starts charging even before the other end answers, or even if they don’t.
If they do answer, the quality of the call is very poor. Loooong latency, frequently one and can’t hear the other, fuzzy, and calls drop out completely. Never have any of those problems calling through Signal or Telegram.Show lessnxbdhjdbsshd
