Good text recognition - questionable translation
I used this app without subscribing to attempt to translate 2 pages of my Farsi-speaking friend’s hand-written statement. The app’s tools and buttons are all icons that aren’t at all clear, and it wasn’t easy to know what needed to be done to translate. I scanned the picture and after some to-ing and fro-ing with error messages and using some tools I didn’t mean to (because he icons on the buttons are obscure) I eventually did find it did a fantastic job of taking the hand-written text in Farsi (on lined paper, so lots of distracting lines) and turning it into text on-screen and I copied it to the clipboard. I pasted it into chatgpt and got a really great translation. Eventually I did discover the translation feature on the app and the translation was poor in comparison, really confused, borderline nonsensical.
So I’m not commending the app as amazing, BUT I did manage to get the text translated, in LESS THAN 10 MINUTES (of trial and error), with the help of a FREE version of the app (and chatgpt), which I guess is pretty amazing, so I’m grateful for the help of this app!

Bad garbage
Don't like it. Bad UI. Too much is hidden behind the free trial line. Bad very bad
Doesn’t even work
When I downloaded this app, and the first thing that pops up is the monthly payment. I wasn’t mad about that, I was mad about how you actually had to spend money when you had google translate. I downloaded this app because the paragraphs were too long to write in google translate, and it didn’t even help.

This translated doesn’t work. I am trying to learn Spanish and when I take a picture for it to translate some Spanish text. It says it isn’t Spanish which it obviously is. Even google translate can do better. I thought this app was going to make translating Spanish text easier, but it really didn’t. I wouldn’t recommend using or downloading this app.

the sentences are weird. buts it ok..
i just started using this app today, and i use it to translate korean instagram posts that i can’t read. The issue is, sometimes when i translate it, the outcome doesn’t make sense and the sentence is kinda funky.
i think this translator can understand simple sentences bit still need to work of more complex ones.
overall very good, i am excited to use this more in the future.
