I have not been happy I’ve had six photos made not sure why I keep coming back I use to love krome but lately it’s been a big disappointment. I wished I could find the person who edited my photos in the past.nopoppppe
Poor experience
Nearly 3 weeks ago I started a project for a Father’s Day gift. The artist put SO much makeup on me (that I never asked for) that I actually came back with braces at one point. I had to email MULTIPLE times to get anyone’s attention. Finally on the 20th of June someone respond to me that they’d get it fixed. I have yet to hear back 4 days and another 2 emails later. I’m due a nearly $30 refund.Show lessBCD1127

I’ve used Krome for a few years now and have had many marvellous creations made. I use the pictures to create a calendar for my mother each year and she loves it. Absolutely love the work they do.Mumof6babies
Best app ever!!
I love Krome, very professional and a great way to make beautiful pictures. Especially for kids, sometimes you have this beautiful pose but when you try on purpose to make it in a studio they don’t smile the same. I was short on budget but wanted to make a nice picture for my niece 15th birthday, so we took the pictures at the store with the dress she liked and just change the background! Love this app!
I didn’t have the time for professional headshots but needed something more professional than a selfie for my resume and work directory listing. I found this app randomly and decided to give it a try. I took a selfie that I felt confident with but needed to get rid of the background (my living room) and also to add some “clothing” to my bare arms to make my outfit more professional. I was so amazed with the quick results and the excellent price the first time I got my retouched photo back and now have come back for more photos so that I have different options. NOT FREE. THEY PHOTOS ARE NOT YOURS
Nothing is free on there. Useless waste of time and data (thank goodness I did it on wifi). I have a huge data plan on my phone but this would of irked me if I had been on cell data 🙄
