Sweet Dreams
Love this app! Can download sounds into App Library, and combine up to six different sounds to create personalized mixes. What’s even sweeter is that I can control the volumes of all sounds in the mix. That way I can, for example, have the wind louder and the crickets toned down, making for a more effective sleep inducer. Mixes have me drifting off in no time. In the past, I’ve woken up in early morning to use bathroom and found it difficult to fall back asleep, but with Sleep Sounds mixes I’ve created, I’m back to Dreamland. App also allows me to set duration of time that mix will play and then automatically stop. I usually set it for 30 minutes, but I’m lucky to conk out in minutes. Nice selection of sounds. I used the free version for months and finally decided to buy the full. I didn’t know that there were entire categories that l’d missed.

Just what I needed
After trying myriad apps like this, I have found this to be by far the best. I suffer from a condition in my back that leaves me in incredible pain 24/7 and sleep is hard to come by. I use this app to create a mix of ambient sounds that combined with a Bluetooth headphone/sleep mask has worked wonders in helping me sleep. Light Sleeper
I have always been a light sleeper and now that I have turned 50 my ability to fall asleep has gotten worse. I really like this app so far because it chills me out and I fall asleep pretty quickly. I used the free version first but decided to pay to get more options. I love the ocean sounds. So far so good 😴Show lessJMV70
It’s worth paying for.
Positive: The sounds are high quality, don’t loop every few seconds, and there’s a broad variety.
Negative: When you’re looking at sounds to download, there’s no indication as to which ones you already have, and there’s no way to build a playlist without first downloading the exact items you like. It makes that part of the process fairly clunky.
Positive: It does everything it promises, and with the right headphones, it makes for a good night’s sleep.Show lessWadatah

Glad you like the high quality sounds, and that the app helps give you a good night's sleep. Mixes can be created with any sounds you've downloaded to your MY SOUNDS library. With over 600 sounds available, you do need to download the sounds you want one time, then they are on your device forever (or until you choose to remove them). This way they can be played at any time without a network connection, and you can even create multiple mixes that contain the same sound at different volume levels. I’m really loving this app. Was using the free version before but there are so many more options when you buy. I’ve always been a pretty good sleeper but age creeps up on you and I needed a little help. I keep one of my mixes on all night and I quickly fall back asleep if I wake up. Great way to avoid drugs if you can.
I’m giving it 5 stars even though I do have a small complaint. I wish there were more undersea sounds. There are some underwater sounds but I like a sea theme. I also really want non-space whale sounds.Show lessnele pomme

It usually takes me hours to fall asleep. I just can’t turn my brain off! With this app I just listen to the sounds and I drift off. I have over a dozen of my own personal mixes; so much fun to put together my favorites. IMPORTANT SUGGESTION: pick up one of those Blue Tooth audio speaker units. I have the JBL Charge 4 - one of the best things I’ve ever purchased. The sound is as good as my super high-end stereo system. This app played through my JBL Charge 4.... Heaven.Show lessZaphod57
Great app
I love that you can blend the sounds together to make your own personalized mix. I personally would like more chime, chants, and bell choices. I was also hoping to see a bamboo water fountain. I love the tap sound they make as they tip over. Maybe in the future!BabybeanQ
This app couldn’t be better but...
I love this app! It will take you on a mental journey away from our stressful world. I just have one request. Can you add a low toned fog horn or two? You only have one nautical fog horn. I grew up on the shores of Jamaica Bay in The Rockaway peninsula in nyc. The low toned fog horns at night used to relax and make me sleepy! The only one fog horn you have is high pitched. Now with all that aside, this is one awesome app, and the upgrade is sooo worth it! No distracting adds and many more choices of places to mind travel unto! Best 5 dollars I’ve ever spent! I love this app and usually use it along with earbuds to drown out the noise in the office so I can focus and get things I need to do finished. It is perfect and I love that you can layer the sounds together!!! My favorite sounds are pebble beach and some of the thunder storm sounds. Camp fire is nice too. All Lovely!!! The pebble beach has audible rocks rolling around in the surf and it’s super relaxing. My hands down fave.Show lessHatemath
