Software interface is horrible - dialogue boxes are incomplete and words disappear below screen. Doesn’t matter anyway because the hardware doesn’t work and gets hot to the touch!gadget_luver

Difficult to connect;
Yeah really frustrating to connect and sync, tried everything they can suggest, still no luckpatience exhausred
Bulb stopped working
First it stopped showing up on the app and when I press add new bulb it doesn’t come up either. Second it is connected to my home wifi which is password protected but ever since it stopped connecting to the app, the boost connection that comes up in wifi connections is an open network. Third the reset button on the bulb does nothingShow lessShadower011
