    This app has been exactly what my small business needed. Any issues that I have had, have been addressed in a timely manner. I would recommend!
  • App has been great for my business.

    This app has really helped my business It’s so easy to bill that my revenue has actually increased since I can add my services with just a few strokes. Also saves time of manually generating invoices. The other apps that I have used just did not cut it, too much entry... I'm Already starting to accumulate some good history and financial info. It does take some time and effort to set up but is well worth it once you’re rolling. I tried another app but the information was on a server and I needed a connection for it to work, not so good for me because of my sometimes poor connections. This app has everything stored on my iPhone and works smoothly with my existing contacts and calendar. They should charge a lot more for this app. Great Job

  • App now does it all...No monthly fees either.

    The latest update includes two new awesome InApp’s that really complete this app. No need to use three apps anymore, everything is in one! Keep a schedule of your appointments, send automatically customized appointment confirmations and reminders from the app. Text or email the invoice based on the info in the schedule and services provided. Very slick, no need to use the Calendar, although your appointments appear in the Calendar with your personal and other appointments. Brilliant! Plus, there are are no monthly fees with the app.

    I can not get the app to work I’ve watched the videos and try and go through the steps but the ui in the videos seem different

  • Complete and easy to use work order tracking

    This app has everything I need. Calendar schedule of appointments, Work order, estimates and parts inventory. It is easy to setup since you can load in your contacts and calendar on your device. Labor and Part description handle as much detail as you need and you can include images. You can keep track of suppliers and costs, then print out financial reports, very nice, no need for other apps.

    With Cloud sync I am also able to share info with my partner. Great app for the price!

  • Just updated to Version 11. Craftsman Book is great!

    The other apps I have tried are either too simplistic or too complicated this app is just right for my business. t’s so easy to bill that my revenue has actually increased since I can add other services that were falling through the cracks with just a few taps. Once the job is finished its quick to do the billing via email.

    The app uses Contacts and Calendar so set-up is fast and easy. I like having control of my data and not logging into someones server. This app turned out to work better than expected. It has just enough detailed information, but not too much. It is easy to enter and change information and I really like getting up to the minute financial info. The support team is responsive and helpful when needed. Would recommend for anyone in the our business.

    So far so good. I have set-up my labor and parts items and have been able to enter orders successfully and email invoices. Saves time and has increased efficiency. Looking forward to accumulating history and other financial information. Responsive and helpful support. Good job on this app.
  • Does everything I need and more.

    Have been searching for an app that does everything I need. Estimates, invoices, Sales, Profitability and Inventory. Wanted something that was easy to use, but sophisticated enough to handle details and exceptions. Very pleased with the app so far! Last update included some useful enhancements.
