I love this app, it really helps to bring the game alive by setting the mood with the background music whilst also adding an element of realism with the sounds of each event and omen. This app makes Betrayal the go-to Halloween game.

Wow this is such a dumb app. I thought it was the online version of the game, but it’s a soundboard for the actual game. The sounds repeat themselves, and for $6, I expect better quality. Do not buy this app. They don’t even read the cards for you.

Super excited for this app because we play this game regularly. Sounds great and can’t wait to play the game with it!

My group plays this game a lot and I started to get bored but my friend showed me this app and it’s much better now
Great addition to a great game...
I'm normally not a board game kind of guy, but when I heard the sound effects and the background music, it drew my attention to see what the hype was about. After playing for the first time with the soundboard....I was amazed and hooked! The sound adds to the atmosphere and intensity.
I am not sure what the bad reviews are about, this is a great app. They might have heard the sound somewhere on the web, but putting it all together in this interactive app and the creativity of the creator is what you pay for. It is well worth the money for hours of enjoyment. It is easy to use and you should not need any special instruction or a PhD to understand the functionality of the app. As with people asking for narration of the cards....this is NOT an E-book board game!
I am looking forward to updates that might include the expansion. Hopefully soon.

Would like to see added features
I was happy to see that we finally got a betrayal app on iOS worth keeping on my phone. At the $6 price tag I talked myself into purchasing anyway even after reading some of the more negative reviews.
What I would like to see is an update with the cards text being narrated. Something similar to what the crossroads app did with dead of winter.
The app is solid for what it is in beings just a soundboard and I’m sure I’ll use it in all of my game sittings. A price tag of $6 should be justified with a solid update that also includes this games expansion. Something else we are currently missing.
